About

What is Forgotten World Magazine all about?
Forgotten World Magazine is a virtual and print publication about the exploration world.  We are people who love exploring, history, abandonments, photography, and the art of capturing the decay of the world around us that has been left behind and forgotten.

Forgotten World Magazine has a goal of being a monthly publication featuring artists, locations, gear and more.  We encourage submissions.  Have a wonderful set?  Send it in!  Like to write, we are always looking for writers!  We also love single image submissions.  Get your images seen, share them with others who love the same things, and enjoy seeing your work in print.

Share the love of abandoned photography and exploration with others in our forum.  Join us as we explore the Forgotten World!

Who's running this out of control train?
We lovingly call ourselves the Urban Doom Crew (thanks to Duchess).  So who are we?

~Abandonista~
Single gal, young, wild and crazy photographer. I love the thrill of a new explore.  I love the excitement of capturing amazing images.  Putting our loves together in a publication is the icing on the cake.  Find me on Facebook HERE and HERE.  Feel free to follow or add me as a friend!

Duchess Decay
Mother hen of a very full nest and wonder woman in general.  With a hand in almost everything, she somehow makes time to explore and photograph some of the most coveted locations in the United States.
Find Duchess on Facebook HERE.

Infil Tramp
The testosterone of the group.  In a largely male dominated community he found himself in with a group of bold strong women.  And he loves it.  Infil Tramp has a background in journalism and brings a new level to our crew.  Newer to the exploration field, he has a unique view on the locations visited and submitted.  You can find Infil Tramp on Facebook HERE.

Mozart
Woman of few words.  She lets her images do the talking for her.  Mozart has a very different view of locations.  The world around her is less overpowering than it is for many, and her images show a unique view.  Mozart is too cool for a Facebook page.  Don't worry, we're working on getting her to put one up.
